By using this service, you agree that you are mentally fit for dream exploration and that D-SETI Dreamwork is not liable for any psychological distress arising from your use of the app.

Full Terms of Use

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Somnalist provides an AI-augmented dream journal, interactive AI chat (Analyst/Librarian), and a curated learning feed. These services are provided "as is" and "as available."

2. AI HALLUCINATIONS & ACCURACY

You acknowledge that generative AI models used by Somnalist may produce inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinated" content. D-SETI Dreamwork makes no guarantees regarding the factual accuracy of AI-generated dream interpretations or data linkings.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all rights to your original dream narratives. You grant D-SETI Dreamwork a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display this content within the app to facilitate your user experience. All app-related code, design elements, and AI prompts are the exclusive property of D-SETI Dreamwork.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D-SETI DREAMWORK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Subscription fees (Pro/Max) and Account Credits (PYG) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
